Our mission at CVS Network is to raise awareness of CVS and the people who suffer with this rare condition. We use pictures, videos, and discussion to highlight exactly what it's like to live with this syndrome and to help sufferers and caregivers find ways to better cope with the symptoms and episodes. We share links, make posters, produce videos and above all we support each other. Awareness is key with a rare illness like CVS.
CVS network is run by volunteers and it costs a lot to keep it going.
Our goals are
- To help fund monthly payments for the website
- Purchase software to produce documents and videos
- Start selling awareness merchandise
but it will all cost money.
As a sufferer myself I'm unable to work and as a result I have only limited funds. I pay for the costs related to CVS Network but it's becoming increasingly difficult to do so.
I started CVS Network as I know first had what it's like to live with CVS every day and have nobody who understands what it's really like. Raising awareness and helping sufferers/caregivers are my main goals.
